We are consistently catching pike in the 95cm to 105cm (42 inches) length range weighing 14lb to 18lb (8kg).
Different locations, fishing times and lures are producing in the hot weather.
Here is one from yesterday which measured 97cm or 38 inches and weighed 6.8 kg or 15lb.
The pike are feeding and so we are getting excited about them bulking up and topping the magic 20lb (9kg) mark.
