What is the national bird of Sweden?

The Common Blackbird is the national bird of Sweden. It’s a beautiful bird with a black body, with a strikingly orange beak. It’s Latin name is Turdus Merula.

We took this photo of one in our garden today.

Another example of a bird we have onsite daily, which may be common to some birders but rare to other countries is the Hooded Crow (Corvus cornix). Here is a photo of one in our garden.
